"Case for the Resurrection" Updates

[Below is an email I sent out to the mailing list on June 30, 2016. Sorry for posting this so late!]
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I recently got around to updating the website with the remaining Case for the Resurrection of Jesus (CRJ) material.

I've posted the remaining "recap" emails that were sent out to the blog. Also I added links to the PowerPoints if you'd like to check those out here.

Finally, I've posted my personal outline of CRJ. You can use that as a concise reference of the book's main points.
Update on the video of Chad Gross' talk on "Investigating the Resurrection of Jesus": Unfortunately there were technical issues and the video wasn't able to be recorded. The A/V equipment was in the middle of an update and unfortunately Chad's talk was not successfully recorded. But you can find a video of the same presentation he gave back in May of 2014, here. Enjoy!
While on the topic of CRJ, I wanted to ask for prayers as I prepare to lead another study on CRJ. August 14 to September 18th, 2016 I will be leading the adult Sunday School class at Mt. Zion UMC in this study. I'm really excited for this opportunity and pray that it goes well.
Things to look forward to in the next post:
  1. The Fall study. I am still planning to do a study of defending Christianity in comparison to the counter-claims by the Mormon church. Additionally we will be having James Walker visit to discuss his conversion from Mormonism to Christianity. More details to come!
  2. "The Fallacy Detective." I also plan to give a short recap of my experiences teaching "The Fallacy Detective" to my church's youth group. I've got one class left with the youth and it's been a lot of fun. I'll briefly write about how that has gone.
